Products & Orders

Product Information: We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free or complete.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order until your payment has been processed and your order has been prepared for shipment.

Payment

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not currently available.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day.
  • Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over £59.25.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at sales@electricalmarket.store with your order number.
  • Defective or incorrect items will be refunded at no cost to you, including return shipping.
  • Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and buyer-paid return shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Custom orders, special orders, and electrical components that have been installed are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELECTRICALMARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
