7-Day Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. This applies to standard stock items — MCBs, MCCBs, RCCBs, ELCBs, isolators and accessories.

Eligibility for Return

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
• Items marked as final sale, custom-ordered, or specially sourced for a specific project are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are arranged via bank transfer.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied — in which case Electrical Market covers the cost.

Bulk & Contractor Orders

Large bulk or project-specific orders may be subject to different return terms agreed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your order confirmation or contact our team for details specific to your order.
