Electrical Market delivers to all seven UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — including free zones such as JAFZA, DAFZA, SAIF Zone and KIZAD.
Orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Fridays and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, product availability, or circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, or courier delays).
A standard shipping fee of AED 13.00 applies to orders below AED 150.00. Orders of AED 150.00 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in the UAE.
For large or palletised orders, bulk contractor orders, or deliveries requiring special handling (e.g. MCCBs, switchgear, or heavy equipment), delivery timing and cost may be arranged individually. Contact our team via WhatsApp or the Contact page for a tailored quote.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your order details. For any questions about the status of your delivery, contact us directly and we will provide an update.
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time. Please ensure the contact number and delivery address provided at checkout are accurate and reachable.
